The refund policy and delivery policy forms part of the terms & conditions.
Refund Policy

Cancellation
If you notify Optiro at least two weeks before a scheduled conference, seminar or course that you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund. Notification received less than two weeks before a scheduled conference or seminar will result in a refund, less an administration fee.

No-Show
If you are a no-show, no registration fess will be refunded. Optiro encourages substitutions at any time and will work to reschedule registrants on a space-available basis.

Course Cancellation
Optiro reserves the right to cancel any conference, seminar or course at its reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by Optiro, registration fees will be refunded in full. Optiro shall have no further liability.
Delivery Policy

Timeframe
The delivery of the service occurs on the day the conference, seminar or course has been scheduled to run. The timeframe before the delivery of the service is subject to the date the customer makes a payment in relation to the course start date.
