Nimrodel Resources - Takatokwane drilling campaign completed
NIMRODEL RESOURCES - TAKATOKWANE DRILLING CAMPAIGN COMPLETED
Nimrodel Resources (ASX:NMR) is pleased to announce that it has completed a three and a half month, revised 14 hole diamond drilling campaign at its 70% owned Takatokwane project in Botswana. The program was designed to complete a 4km x 4km grid which continues and complements historical workings completed by BP in the 1970’s and Homeland Energy as recently as 2008. In all, the historical and recently completed, drilling covers a surface area of approximately 270km2.
The core has been sent to the laboratory in Pretoria, South Africa and it is expected that the results of the first 2 drill holes will be available very soon. Further results are expected over the next 3 to 8 weeks and when the full suite is available Optiro, independent coal consultants, will assess the data with a view towards estimating a maiden resource.
