CNMC GOLDMINE HOLDINGS LIMITED - UPDATE ON RESOURCE ESTIMATION WORK PROGRESS

The Board wishes to announce that, pursuant to the appointment of Optiro Pty Ltd (“Optiro”) as an independent mineral resource estimate consultant to the Company for the Sokor Gold Project, Optiro conducted a site inspection visit in December 2011. The said inspection was carried out by Optiro’s principal consultant, Christine Standing, together with a senior associate, George Brech, from Behre Dolbear Australia Pty Limited, the Company’s current independent technical consultant.
The Company is pleased to report that the resource estimation work is progressing well and that Optiro has verified and imported all available drillhole data into its Datamine software, as well as finalised the interpretation of the mineralisation at the Manson’s Lode deposit and the statistical and variogram analysis of this data.
